Hoki99 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Malaysia

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to hoki99. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the hoki99.ws website and all services provided by the hoki99 platform ("Services"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the hoki99 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all Terms set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the hoki99 platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. User Eligibility

• Not a hoki99 Employee: Employees, agents, business partners, or any party directly involved in hoki99 operations are not permitted to place bets on this platform.

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the hoki99 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds.

During registration, you are required to:

• Provide your full name exactly as it appears on your identity card or passport
• Providing a valid, active email address that belongs to you
• Providing a valid, active Malaysian phone number
• Create a strong, unique password for your hoki99 account
• Provide valid Malaysian bank details for withdrawal purposes

Hoki99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including copies of your identification card, bank statements, or other relevant documents. Failure to complete KYC requests within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account.

4. Deposits & Payments

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawing your winnings at hoki99 is straightforward and fast, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request
• Maximum withdrawal: RM200,000 per day (for standard accounts)
• Processing time: 15 to 30 minutes for most methods
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

Before your first withdrawal is approved, hoki99 may require you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. This is standard procedure to ensure the security of your funds and to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

Hoki99 reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of an investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Hoki99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.

• Each bonus carries its own rollover requirement, typically ranging between 5x to 20x total deposit and bonus amount
• The bonus validity period is 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings that meet the rollover requirement may be withdrawn
• Each user is entitled to claim each promotion only one time only unless otherwise stated
• Welcome bonus is available to new hoki99 users making their first deposit only

Hoki99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. hoki99's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at hoki99 covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and over 20 other leagues), BWF badminton, Grand Slam tennis, Formula 1, esports, and much more. The following rules apply to all types of Sports Betting:

• All bets are final once confirmed in the hoki99 system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player.
• Hoki99 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error, incorrectly displayed odds, or other exceptional circumstances that affect the integrity of a match
• For live (in-play) betting, odds can change rapidly. Bets are processed at the odds in effect at the time of confirmation, not at the time of clicking.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, all related bets will be voided and the funds returned to your account balance, unless the specific rules of that sport state otherwise.
• Matches not completed within 36 hours of the scheduled start time are considered void for betting purposes

For badminton and tennis, a bet is considered valid only if the first set has been completed in full. For football, a bet is considered valid if at least 90 minutes of play have been completed (excluding extra time).

8. Casino Games & Poker

All casino games on hoki99 — including blackjack, poker (Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Three Card Poker), baccarat, roulette, and slots — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently verified to ensure randomness and fairness.

• All casino game results are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of luck or an undesired outcome
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, the interrupted round will be voided and the wager refunded. If the round had been completed in full prior to the disruption, the result recorded in the system stands as valid.
• For live dealer games, session recordings are retained by hoki99. Any disputes regarding live dealer game outcomes will be resolved based on these recordings.
• Players suspected of using automation software, bots, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage in casino games will be immediately suspended.

9. Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hoki99 platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account, whether directly or through a third party
• Using a false identity or inaccurate information during registration or KYC
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes (match-fixing or collusion)
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated method to place bets
• Exploiting technical errors or system bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in money laundering or using hoki99 for any illegal financial activity
• Depositing funds from a credit card or third-party bank account
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hoki99 staff or other players

10. Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your hoki99 account login information confidential. This includes your username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) code.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Use a strong password — combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security

• Report to hoki99 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party
